Corn Fritters

Ingredients:
- 3 corn cobs
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 samll red or green chili, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp water
- oil for frying
Directions:
Slice the kernels from the corn cobs and place in a medium bowl. Add garlic, cilantro, chili, green onion, soy sauce, flour, beaten eggs, and water and mix well.
Heat a layer of oil in a large frying pan.
Add spoonfuls of corn mixture, gently spreading with a spoon to make a flat fritter.
Cook for 1-2 min on each side.
Drain on a paper towel and serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
